The Carbon Steel Flanges construction steel constitutes a significant proportion of the steels produced in steel plants. This name includes those steels in which its fundamental property is resistance to different stresses (both static and dynamic forces). In this way, they are separated from stainless steels, tool steels, steels for electrical uses or steels for household appliances or non-structural parts of transport vehicles. There are three manufacturing methods to produce steel tubes. Welds are produced by rolling a steel sheet into a tube and welding the seam. These tubes are less expensive. The third method is by casting. The molten steel is poured into a casting mold.

The Carbon Steel Pipe Fittings Manufacturers use chemical composition of carbon steels is complex, in addition to iron and carbon that generally does not exceed 1%. There are other elements in the alloy necessary for its production, such as silicon and manganese. There are others that are considered impurities due to the difficulty of totally excluding them - sulfur, phosphorous, oxygen, hydrogen. Increasing the carbon content of steel increases its tensile strength, increases the cold brittleness index, and decreases toughness and ductility.

Carbon steel pipes are subject to special corrosion conditions and for this reason can only be placed. The manufacturer also supplies the Astm A403 Wp316

Characteristics

Tool compatibility: they can be pressed with clamps or rings with original SA, V and M profiles up to 54 mm and, therefore, all risk of confusing tools is avoided

Visible leak control system (if not pressed there are visible leaks) together with

Push & Stay: secure installation in any position

Quick assembly without danger of fire

Joining with carbon steel tubes by cold pressing allows quick assembly that saves time and eliminates the risk of corrosion and fire hazard. For this reason, the installation system is also perfect for renovations.

High flexibility

Greater protection against corrosion by external galvanization

All dimensions from 12 to 108 mm available, including 67 mm

Safe connection: inseparable connection by pressure with carbon steel tubes according to DIN EN 10305-3 or DIN EN 10346 (type DZ)

Transition fittings thread according to DIN EN 10226 or ISO7 / 1

What are metal flanges?

The Stainless Steel Flanges Manufacturers made the metal flange which is a circular disc that is welded to the end of one tube and allows it to be bolted to another tube. Normally used in water and fuel pipes, the two flanges will be screwed with a joint between them. The flange will have screw holes around the entire perimeter and will be used to create splices, T-joints, and gaskets.

The flanges can also be welded to the tubes at a slight angle to allow two tubes to be attached that are not precisely aligned. The manufacturer also makesAstm A403 Wp304

When building an oil pipeline, the length of the pipes to be used is not always known. By manufacturing the tubes separately from the flanges, welders can cut the tubes to size and weld a flange to join the tubes to the required length.
